NEXVu DDR3 DIMM (VDIMM) Product Line
DDR3-1333/DDR3-1067/DDR3-800 NEXVu
DIMM support features our innovative NEXVu DDR3 design. This
family of products are extended, JEDEC standard DDR3 DIMMs
(VDIMM) with logic analyzer probe points. This design provides unmatched
signal fidelity that is so close to the signals on the target
that many customers use a NEXVu adapter and Tektronix' analog
mux to quickly and easily view DDR3 signals on an oscilloscope. The high quality DDR3 signals on the NEXVu adapters also provides representative signals and therefore representative data eyes for accurate acquisition
and 50GHz (20ps) timing analysis with a logic analyzer. More information on NEXVu signal fidelity can be found in the

Interposer DDR3 DIMM Product Line
Passive, interposer (extender) boards are also available for DDR3-1067/DDR3-800
DIMM applications.
Low-Profile (NEX-PRBxx) probes
are required.
