The DDR3 NEXVu product line allows for acquisition of Address/Command, Read and Write Data of 240-pin, Unbuffered or Registered DDR3 1333 (or slower). Supports DDR3-800, DDR3-1067, DDR3-1333 (PC3-6400/PC3-8500/PC3-10600).

The DDR3 NEXVu are extended, DDR3 DIMMs designed to JEDEC standards with logic analyzer probe points. This provides unmatched signal fidelity and allows the capture of the actual eye-patterns, as seen by the memory components.

Memory Options

  1. Memory socket populated NEXVu DIMM. This option allows the customer to swap the memory components on the NEXVu for quick testing of a variety of vendor components. Please see the NEXVu Sockets application note for more information on this option.
  2. Passive component populated NEXVu DIMM that is fully populated with everything except the memory components. This option is available for customers who wish to solder on their own memory components.

  • TLA7Ax4 DDR3-800 Read and Write Acquisition Requires
    • TLA Application Software V4.2 or later
      • Three, merged, 450MHz state speed acquisition modules (TLA7AA4 or TLA7AB4)
      • A quantity of NEX-PRB1X and NEX-PRB4X probes (see the appropriate manual or contact us for details)
