The NEX-DDR3INTR or NEX-DDR3INTR-THIN allows for acquisition of Address/Command, Read and Write Data of 240-pin, Unbuffered or Registered DDR3 1067 (or slower) DIMMs. Supports PC3-8500 or PC3-6400 (DDR3-1067 or DDR3-800). DDR3-1067 available only with the NEX-DDR3INTR-THIN.

The NEX-DDR3INTR(-THIN) adapter is an extender design and does not require a dedicated slot. The logic analyzer connects above the normal DIMM height so that there is no interference with adjacent DIMMs. New low-profile probes further reduce the keep-out volume. Protocol Violation Software automates the analysis of DDR3/DDRII protocol.

Sample Point Analysis Software automates analysis of the data bus for accurate and easy sample point placement for DDR3 / DDRII read and write acquisition.
