NEX-JTAGTPRC

The NEX-JTAGTPRC provides a connection to the ARM-ETM trace port allowing the trace port to be connected to a Tektronix Logic Analyzer and the standard ARM Multi-ICE JTAG control probe.

The ARM ETM trace port connection as defined in the ARM ETM Technical Specification, uses one Mictor connector for both the trace port and the JTAG port. The NEX-JTAGTPRC breakout board provides two mictor connectors and one 2x10 square pin header. The 2x10 square pin header provides a connection to the JTAG interface for the standard ARM Multi-ICE probe and a connection to the ETM trace port for the Tektronix Logic Analyzer mictor probe. The second mictor connector on the NEX-JTAGTPRC breakout board can be used to add custom termination of the ETM trace port bus if necessary.
